Blending the monumental and the simple into a single visual identity

VISUAL IDENTITY, WEBSITE, SIGNAGE, BROCHURES, ADVERTISING & DIGITAL MARKETING

SUM was tasked to create a brand identity and associated brand assets for 24 Cornhill.

The luxury development is located at the heart of the City of London, close to The Bank of England and The London Stock Exchange. The sheer scale and craftsmanship of the building evoke a powerful sense of pedigree and heritage.

The identity that SUM created took into account the stark design juxtaposition of the interior and exterior of the building.

The interior exudes a contemporary vision of reserved simplicity, while the Sir Aston Webb-designed Grade II listed façade creates a sense of monumental presence as people walk into the building.

The visual identity, combining these polarities, was applied to all touchpoints, from website to signage, brochures, social channels, advertising, and digital marketing.
